Are your goods authentic?

Yes! The items we sell were handmade by african Artisans in West Africa (primarily Senegal). Our products are shipped direct direct from our vendors, ensuring their quality and authenticity.

Can I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please call us and we will work with you to resolve any issues. we have a 30 day Guarantee exchange policy for any item, large or small.

Can you repair an item?

Because all of our goods are handmade, there are sometimes small imperfections. Should you spot a small imperfection, please contact us and we will let you know if it is repairable. We make in-store repairs only,

I don’t see all the colors on the site. What do I do to see more?

Our inventory changes frequently as Items sell out and shipments arrive with new ones from our partners in West Africa. If you saw something at the store that you do not see online, please call us and we will find you the best possible match. If you are seeking a particular item that is out of stock, we will inform you of its arrival as soon as we again have it Available

I see some of your items say “colors may vary”. How can I see more colors?

If you cannot visit us in person, we are happy to send you photos/videos of what is currently available in the store. Please let us know the best way to contact you and we will be in touch digitally to give you a virtual tour

To where will you ship orders?

Currently we only ship retail orders Within the uSA
